As an authorized dealer Padel Ring guarantees every racket we sell is 100% authentic and comes with a manufacturer´s warranty. If you encounter a defect, simply send it to us, and we´ll work directly with the manufacturer to ensure it´s replaced. Please note that damage beyond normal wear and tear is not covered. Contact us for any warranty-related questions-we´re here to make it right.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday). You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Please note:

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Estimated transit times at checkout exclude order processing time, which typically takes 1 business day, but may extend to 2 days during busy periods.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (extended to 60 days for members).
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
