If you encounter a defect, simply send it to us, and we´ll work directly with the manufacturer to ensure it´s replaced. Please note that damage beyond normal wear and tear is not covered. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday). You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
